Welcome to Riviera Circle Lake Club, a unique community of lakeside homes located in the Harvey Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The ranch-style custom homes were originally constructed in the late 1950s; many have been substantially remodeled, and a few torn down and replaced by modern homes. Each residence may have one boat lift and dock. RCLC is an active community— it is common to see residents hosting family, friends, and dogs on the lake, and for neighbors to meet up on the water to catch up or watch the sun set over the foothills to the west.

About RCLC

Our HOA

Riviera Circle Lake Club (RCLC) was founded in 1955 as a non-profit Homeowners Association (HOA). RCLC is a covenant-protected community of 37 private single-family homes, managed by a volunteer board of directors. The lake does not offer outside memberships.

Our Lake

Riviera Lake (also known by its historical name Ward Reservoir #5), has a surface area of 17.8 acres, storage capacity of 117 acre feet, and is 9 feet at its deepest. The lake has stored and used water from Clear Creek and Bear Creek for over 130 years, first for irrigation, and then with its development, aesthetic, recreation, piscatorial, and wildlife use.

Residents today enjoy year round use of the lake for boating, paddling, swimming, fishing, ice skating, and watching the many types of wildlife who visit. The lake is stocked with bass, blue gill, perch, and grass carp, and is treated by an aquatics company to ensure water quality and safety.
