HOA Documents
Riviera Circle Lake Club is a nonprofit HOA. Colorado HOAs are governed by a set of documents that outline the rules, regulations, and structure of our community, and help ensure that homeowners understand their rights and obligations within an HOA.
Refer to the Declaration of Covenants for regulations governing our community, such as property use and maintenance, common areas, architectural approval, duties and powers of the board, and budgets and funds. Refer to the Bylaws for specifics on how the HOA conducts it business in annual meetings and board meetings.
Colorado HOAs are required to have a specified set of Policies and Procedures that describe operations important to homeowners. RCLC employs a law firm specializing in HOA law to ensure we stay in compliance with these Colorado laws.
